Feb. 27th, 2007 09:33 pm Interview

Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me."
I respond by asking you five personal questions so I can get to know you better. If I already know you well, expect the questions may be a little more intimate.

You WILL update your LJ with the answers to the questions.

You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the post.
When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

Five questions from http://vivianc1968.livejournal.com/ are...

If you could make a living doing any job at all, what would you want to do?
I would be a fishing guide.  I have always liked the outdoors and fishing is a way that I enjoy being in it.  I know people say that your passion is gone if you mix it with work, but I simply am the most calm in a boat.

What was the last book you read and why did you choose it?
I am currently reading "Ecexutive Orders" by Tom Clancy.  I enjoy his books and it was only $1 hardcover at the book store.

What is your favorite meal?

Tater-tot hot dish.  My wife cooks it for me on special occasions.  I like the way she prepares it and it makes me feel good that she cares enough to make it just for me.

Tell me about the first car you owned.
My first car was a 1975 Mustang II Coupe.  It had a 2.3L engine out of a Pinto and I punished it like a bastard step-child.  I will never forget the lot we bought it from, down-wind from the Hormel plant - boy did it stink.  I realized the half-ass paint job it had when the entire roof coat came off in the carwash, just one big sheet of white paint floating across the wash bay.  I eventually traded it in for a 1982 Camaro that had much more 'cool' to it.

How would you go about finding an honest person in a strange place?
I would look for the homeless guy with the "Why lie, I need beer" sign.  I passed one every day on the way to work when I was in Vegas.  I would even hand him a 40 (ouncer) if I thought to buy one in advance.  He always had a story to tell and knew everything about anything in the area.

I had no interest in creating a LJ until today. Hopefully this will be a spot I can vent.
